Salary increases are not granted automatically each year; therefore, neither past nor future salaries can be calculated, assumed, or predicted on the basis of this schedule.

The Board of Education adopts a new compensation plan each year, and future salaries cannot be assumed or predicted.

The Board of Trustees met May 23, 2024 and with a unanimous vote in support of Birdville employees, approved salary increases for the 2024-25 school year for all staff.
