Here is the process for all Professional New Hires: (Please give 5-10 Business Days to receive all relevant Emails)

Step 1) Receive phone call/accept job offer from a Human Resources Administrator

Step 2) Monitor your personal email for your Birdville ISD login information

Step 3) Log in to Birdville ISD email and monitor for “Action Required – New Checklist” Email (This is your New Hire Packet)

Step 4) Complete New Hire Packet. Once this is done, Gretta Bacon will schedule you for an onboarding date (~10 minute long appointment)
