Board Meetings are located in the BISD Administration Building Board Room, 6125 East Belknap, Haltom City, Texas 76117, unless otherwise noted. For Regular Meetings, Closed session begins at 5:30 p.m. and open session starts at 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted. Start times for Special Meetings vary and will be available on the posted Agenda.

As part of the Consent Agenda, the following donations were accepted by the Board of Trustees during the April 24, 2025 Regular Board Meeting.
- Foster Village Elementary PTA donated $10,000 to Foster Village Elementary.

Liberty Packaging donated $5,000 to Thomas Elementary.
- Progressive Roofing donated $5,000 to BISD Purchasing Department.

Skeeter Kell donated $5,000 to BISD Athletics.
